About Jessie
I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) focused on providing effective treatments for all patients. I was a full-time contemporary dancer before beginnng my RMT career. My dance career has provided me with knowlege in dance-related injuries and rehabilitation. Some of my clientele includes dancers from the Vancouver Warriors Dance Team and Simply Ballet Dance Studio. I also have experience volunteering at senior homes and other demographics, providing effective and safe treatments for those with Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Pacemakers, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Disc disease, and more. My treatments are patient-focused, making sure that all short term and long term goals are achieved. I have in-depth experience with providing effective treatment for whiplash, sprains/strain injuries, chronic pain, arthritis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica or other conditions or injuries. I offer a wide variety of techniques including relaxation massage, fascial release, facilitated stretching, Swedish massage, and trigger point release. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals' lives through massage therapy.
