About Jessie
Jessie completed the Centennial College- Massage Therapy program in 2008.
She has gained experience as an RMT in many different settings. With each treatment she will adapt techniques and pressure to best suit your needs that day. Incorporating some or all - Swedish Techniques, Fascial Release, Trigger Point pain relief, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping and Gua Sha along with stretching and at home self care recommendations, In her off work hours she is usually chasing after her young son with his
activities and generally being outdoors with her family as much as possible. Jessie recently worked with Trillium Health Partners on their “Live Well” program providing massages to hospital staff.
Jessie has also recently taken classes in both Cupping and Lymphatic Drainage.
