About Jessica
I am currently not taking on new clients, but I continue to welcome returning clients to book appointments as needed.
You’re the expert in your own life. My job isn’t to tell you what I think you should do. My job is to support you alongside your journey as your sidekick. Someone to support you, point out different paths, encourage you, and challenge you. In sessions, you are the main character. You control what path we travel, and I’ll be there as your sidekick to support you along the way.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Interventions from Nova Scotia Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dalhousie/University of King’s College.
In sessions, I use an integrative approach with a focus on Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. The majority of my practice focuses on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and neurodivergence.
