Jessica graduated from The Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine in Toronto in 2013. She furthered her studies with advanced acupuncture training in China, where she completed a hospital internship program. Jessica is a board member with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario as a Peer and Practice Assessor making sure Acupuncturists are up to standards in Ontario. She has a general practice seeing a wide range of ailments and will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan, although her passion and expertise lie in women’s health. She has experience treating acute and chronic pain from head to toe, arthritis, carpal tunnel, sciatica, headaches, cosmetic acupuncture, women’s health and infertility, iui/ivf preparation, managing pregnancy related issues, anxiety, stress and more. She may incorporate a variety of techniques such as acupuncture, acupressure, guasha (scraping massage), cupping, and shiatsu therapy into her treatments according to each individual’s needs. Her passion for women’s health is reflected in her dedicated approach to care, where she helps clients cultivate a lifestyle of deeper balance across every level of their physical and emotional health. Outside of her clinical practice, she finds her own balance as a mother to one toddler.
