Jessica grew up in Lethbridge and graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Jessica grew up playing competitive tennis among various other sports, but she found her real passion for health and fitness when she started going to the gym in high school. Jessica worked as a high-performance strength and conditioning coach for 2 years with a special interest in health promotion and injury prevention. Jessica strongly believes that exercise is medicine, which lead her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
Jessica’s goal as a physiotherapist is to keep people doing the activities they love. Jessica believes in an active approach to treatment and incorporates education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy into her sessions; she is also fluent in Spanish. She understands that every person and every injury is unique and works alongside her patients to create a treatment plan that fits their lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica spends time with her golden retriever and loves pilates, barre, tennis, running, weight lifting, mauy thai and just started jiujitsu.
