About Jessica

My name is Jessica, and I’ve been with TheraBounce since August 2023. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to support children and adults with a variety of abilities during their therapeutic trampoline sessions. I’ve also supported TheraBounce’s summer camp as a lead inclusion counsellor for the past 2 summers. Outside of TheraBounce, I have experience working in acute care hospital settings and private hospice, as well as experience volunteering in private practice supporting children and youth with mental health challenges, grief and loss, and experience working in child care organizations. Since graduating from my Therapeutic Recreation degree and obtaining experience in different settings and with different populations, I have been very passionate about bringing a level of fun, play-based strategies into learning and therapy. I love being part of the TheraBounce team because of the inclusive and positive environment. I love learning alongside the clients I work with as we work towards new skills together every session. I also appreciate working alongside co-workers of different scopes of practice as they all inspire me and teach me new perspectives to bring into my work.
