About Jessica

ONLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR ASSESSMENT. PLEASE JOIN WAITLIST FOR NEW THERAPY CLIENT INQUIRIES. Taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Registered Psychologist with many years of experience supporting individuals from all walks of life, I’m dedicated to helping people break free from old survival patterns and start living. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and person-centred lens, viewing our work together a lot like driving a car: we’re paying attention to your rearview mirror, honouring where you’ve been, while also looking ahead to where you want to go. You’re in the driver’s seat in our sessions, and I’m here to walk alongside you with a compassionate, down-to-earth, and authentic style of therapy (humour is also guaranteed). I support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, individuals, and couples navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and life's challenges. As an integrative therapist, I often pull from my training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition to one-on-one therapy, I also provide comprehensive assessments for children and adults wishing to explore neurodevelopmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I believe in accepting you for who you are the moment you sit down in our space. My goal is to work with you, not on you. We all have different needs and I'm here to help you meet the therapy goals that best fit your lifestyle. If you’re ready to take the next step, I look forward to meeting you!
