Jessica Hartog, CCC, MA, BSc is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a Master's in Counselling from City University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. Jessica works with youth, young adults, adults, and couples. Practicing on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. Jessica’s approach is rooted in person-centred, strength-based, trauma-informed and harm reduction lens. She combines her formal education with lived experience, offering a unique understanding and sensitivity to the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals.
