Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people living with chronic pain, stress related conditions, and the lasting effects of trauma. Her work centers on helping clients feel safe in their bodies again, especially when pain, anxiety, or long standing tension have made movement and touch feel uncertain or overwhelming. She has experience and interest in treating a wide range of conditions including overuse injuries, persistent pain, ankylosing spondylitis, and pregnancy (both pre-and postnatal).
She approaches care through a blend of Swedish massage, Dermoneuromodulation, nervous system regulation, trauma informed care, pain science education, and movement based rehabilitation. Sessions often include education and gentle movement alongside hands on treatment, helping clients better understand their pain and build practical tools they can use beyond the treatment room.
Jessica believes pain is not a sign of damage, but a protective response shaped by the nervous system. She stays deeply engaged in ongoing learning around pain science, the nervous system, and trauma, and brings this knowledge into clear, accessible conversations with clients. Her goal is to help you feel understood, hopeful, and empowered to reconnect with your body at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica values the same balance and regulation she encourages in her work. She enjoys baking, spending time in nature, reading, playing the violin, and unwinding with video games, and practices that help her stay grounded, curious, and connected to her own body and nervous system.
