Jessica has been practicing massage therapy since 2008, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics, alongside health care professionals of all kinds, as well as some seasonal work in a remote heli-ski lodge. Her goal has always been to facilitate the body back to a harmonious state and help people live their best lives. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2014, which further enhanced her understanding of healing movement and body awareness. A proponent of breath work, hydrotherapy, and stress reduction, she enjoys educating her patients on the importance of self-care to empower people to take charge of their own health. She finds her own state of harmony and balance through her love of dance, meditation, and spending time in nature. On her off time she enjoys travelling, van camping, reading, arts and crafts, cooking nutritious meals, and exploring the outdoors with her partner and dog. She continues to grow and learn as a practitioner through continuing education and self study, bringing in new techniques to give her patients the optimal care that they deserve.
