About Jessica
Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has been practicing since 2023 and takes a therapeutic, client-centred approach to care. Her work focuses on supporting the nervous system to encourage healthy muscle tissue response, helping the body move out of protective patterns and into more functional, pain-free states. Jessica incorporates myofascial techniques as part of maintenance and therapeutic treatments to help reduce pain and restore ease of movement, always working within each client’s comfort level. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can relax, heal, and reconnect with their bodies.
