About Jessica

Currently on maternity leave till December 2024. Jessica graduated with honours from the massage therapy program at Georgian College in 2022 and is now a registered massage therapist with the CMTO. Before that, she was a personal trainer with eight years plus experience. As a trainer, Jessica saw many clients who suffered from chronic pain, muscle tension, decreased mobility, etc., and she had a desire to further assist them. After doing some research and seeing the benefits of massage therapy firsthand, she knew that continuing her education and becoming a registered massage therapist, was how she could best help. Jessica now combines her personal training experience with her massage therapy knowledge to create the best plan of care for her clients. These plans include a thorough assessment, personalized outcome-based massages, and providing home care. During the massage treatments, she uses a variety of techniques, including hydrotherapy, stretching, and fascial and deep tissue work. Jessica and her husband moved to the Georgian Bay area in 2019 and are currently living in Wasaga Beach with their two dogs. They are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their first child. Jessica is currently on maternity leave but will be returning part-time in December 2024. In the meantime, Asta Jokub will be covering for her.
