About Jesse

Jesse is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being. He treats a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, occupational injuries, low back and neck pain (both acute and chronic), headaches, sprains and strains, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, and posture-related issues. His treatments draw on a variety of techniques, such as deep tissue and Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, stretching, and joint mobilization to deliver both immediate relief and long-term results. Each session is personalized to meet the client’s specific goals whether for recovery, pain relief, or relaxation. In addition, Jesse holds a degree in Kinesiology and has been designing rehabilitation exercise programs for clients since 2016. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including office professionals, athletes, seniors, and individuals recovering from injuries. This broad experience allows him to adapt his approach and provide effective, personalized care for each unique situation. He enjoys adapting his approach to suit each person’s lifestyle, goals, and physical needs. Outside of his practice, Jesse enjoys staying active through tennis, swimming, and rock climbing, as well as spending time outdoors in nature. His own healthy and balanced lifestyle fuels his passion for helping others feel their best.
