For a long time, I've had a strong desire to help others by alleviating their pain and assisting them live healthier lives. In practice, I combined this desire with a focus on active rehab; incorporating exercise, education, collaboration with patients, and manual therapy to achieve the best outcomes.
I graduated from UBC with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, and the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I believe learning never ends and am motivated to further my physiotherapy education and training. Most recently I am training to become a Certified Hand Therapist. Additionally, I am trained to effectively treat a number of vestibular conditions.
In addition to physiotherapy, my passions include rock climbing, skiing, and hiking. You can expect to find me exploring one of our local mountains on any given weekend.
