She works in collaboration with clients in building skills, strategies, and support based on mutual goals set in sessions.
Known for her non-judgmental, warm, and compassionate nature, Jenny deeply values diversity and is committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. She passionately believes in the power of connection.
Jenny believes everyone can build resilience. As a cancer survivor, she understands how distressing a health diagnosis or life disruption can be.
