About Jennise
Jennise is a registered chiropodist with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. She began her post-secondary academic journey in the Honours Biomedical Sciences program at the University of Waterloo. During her studies, she participated in several research projects focused on health innovation, sharpening her critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Although she appreciated the lab environment, she discovered a greater passion for patient interaction, which led her to complement her studies with a minor in Medical Physiology. This growing interest drew her toward a career in the medical field. She continued her studies at The Michener Institute, throughout which she gained hands-on experience practising in a variety of clinical settings, ultimately earning her Advanced Diploma in Chiropody. Her education and training deeply shaped the evidence-based and patient-centred approach that she applies to every aspect of her work.
