Jennifer supports adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns of disconnection, conflict, or emotional overwhelm. Her work is grounded in an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand the deeper emotional cycles that shape their relationships and inner world. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can slow down, make sense of their emotions, and begin to shift long-standing patterns toward greater connection and fulfillment.
Her approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, along with humanistic, person-centered, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive practices. Jennifer has completed an EFT externship through International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy and brings over a decade of experience working across hospitals, community mental health, and women’s shelters, supporting individuals and families through complex life experiences.
