Jennifer Shelley, Vital Life Mentor "Your vital force is your greatest resource" Jennifer brings 18 years of clinical experience as a Homeopath, holding a Diploma from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine and Fellowship status through postgraduate studies. Guided by the understanding that our vital force is the body’s greatest resource, she mentors clients to rebuild trust in their innate capacity for healing and resilience. Her approach combines natural Homeopathic remedies with tools from the HeartMath Institute, where she is a certified practitioner of science-based Coherence Techniques. While her practice is open to all, Jennifer has a passion for maternal health and family wellness. With additional training through the Wise Woman Way of Birth and Traditional Birth Companion communities, she offers a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to pregnancy and birth. Her goal is to mentor women to connect deeply with their vital force, build resilience, and prepare for safe, gentle, and empowering birth experiences.
