Jennifer is a certified Sound Healing and Reiki practitioner who holds degrees in Music and Elementary Education and has over 15 years of teaching experience. Her early work as a music educator sparked a deep appreciation for how sound fosters emotional regulation, expression, and connection. This foundation naturally evolved into her current practice, where she blends sound healing with gentle, trauma-informed energy work to support emotional and physical well-being. Jennifer’s additional training as a Personal Support Worker specializing in palliative and pediatric care, along with her certification as an End-of-Life Doula, adds depth to her approach—particularly for those navigating illness, grief, or major life transitions. She offers a loving and compassionate, grief-aware space where clients can rest, regulate, and reconnect with themselves. Her clinical understanding of the body, paired with her profound intuitive insight and abilities, allows her to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Each session is personalized and may include various instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, gong, and other vibrational tools, along with Reiki energy (offered with or without touch, depending on your comfort). Jennifer’s goal is always the same: to create a space where the body feels safe to soften, the heart can open, and healing can gently unfold. Many clients report noticeable shifts, including reduced pain, improved sleep, emotional relief, and a deep sense of grounding and restoration.
