About Jennifer
I believe having a safe space to decompress, explore life’s challenges, and navigate complex situations is essential to fostering well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centred. Through a blend of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, emotion focused therapy, solution focused therapy, and existential therapy, I support clients in discovering their strengths, gaining insights, and developing effective coping strategies. My primary focus is supporting adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and workplace issues. Navigating life events can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face these situations alone. Whether you’re seeking to overcome specific challenges or looking to enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for your journey. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and build a more fulfilling life.
