About Jennifer

Jennifer (she/her) works with Adults and Youth (16-17) and has been a Registered Social Worker since 2005. Jennifer uses a variety of counselling methods to assist people in connecting with themselves, to offer a safe space to be able to see their own worth, to invite permission to implement boundaries based on their needs, and to build positive relationships in their world. Jenn’s area of professional interests are: Relationship Issues, Self Esteem, Family Dynamics, Emotions, Communication, Boundaries, Women’s Issues, Caregivers Support, Life Transitions (marriage, a new baby, parenting, separation, divorce, end of life), Coping Skills, Grief and Loss, Chronic Illness, Anxiety, Depression, Neurodiversity, Mindfulness, Stress Management, School & Work Stress, Healing from Abuse and Trauma. Jennifer uses a combination of Trauma Informed Care, Strength Based Approach, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy during the counselling process. For in person and virtual appointments, you must be a resident of Saskatchewan at the time of the appointment.
