Jennifer has worked in the holistic healthcare field for over 20 years. She originally trained as a massage therapist and she spent over a decade treating heli-ski related injuries while chasing snow around the globe. She become a registered acupuncturist in 2005 from Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton and received a government grant to intern at The Heze Medical College in Shandong, China. Her focus shifted towards supporting the whole person by using modalities such as: acupuncture, guasha, tuina, moxibustion,electro-acupuncture and cupping to facilitate a shift towards healing the whole person. Jennifer received additional training in the treatment of: digestive issues, stress/anxiety, autoimmune disease, hormone rebalancing, auricular therapy, and supporting pregnant and postnatal women. While she treats a multitude of ailments in her practice, her passion lies in women’s health and support for new moms. She became a postpartum doula thru DONA in 2018.
