Jennifer has worked in the allied health profession for over 25 years. She originally trained as a massage therapist and spent over a decade treating heli-ski related injuries while chasing snow around the globe.
She become a registered acupuncturist in 2005 and received a government grant to intern at The Heze Medical College in China. Her focus shifted towards supporting the whole person by using modalities such as: acupuncture, guasha, tuina, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, and fire cupping to support health.
Jennifer has received additional training in the treatment of: digestive issues, stress/anxiety, autoimmune disease, hormone rebalancing, auricular therapy, and supporting pre- and postnatal women. While she treats a multitude of ailments in her practice, her passion lies in women’s health and support for new moms. She became a postpartum doula thru DONA in 2018.
She loves all things Squamish and finds balance in spending time in the mountains with her family.
