Jen graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2019. Her passion for pelvic health stems from her personal experience with pelvic pain, which has inspired her to help others better understand their bodies and pelvic floor. Jen's goal is to empower individuals to confidently manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Jen has a special interest in treating urinary urgency, constipation, pelvic pain, and prolapse, with a focus on working with pre and post-prostatectomy patients, as well as those dealing with other pelvic health concerns.
Jen has additional course work in trauma-informed care, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor dysfunction in female athletes, pessary care, and she attends the annual pelvic physiotherapy conference to keep up to date with best practices.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys hiking with her Great Dane, running, powerlifting, and spending as much time outdoors as possible!
