About Jennifer
Jennifer graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 with a BScPT in Physical Therapy. As a life long learner, she has attended numerous post graduate courses including acupuncture, dry needling, levels 1-5 of the Advanced Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy Diploma program, Kinesio-taping, myofascial ball release, Diagnostic Imaging, Hypopressives, Yoga and the pelvic floor, Pilates and Chronic Pain Management.
Her current treatment style aims to identify and treat the true causes of movement dysfunction and deliver personalized exercise programs to " connect, restore, synchronise and strengthen."
Her classes are designed to increase body awareness and create positive movement strategies in order to move effectively and with confidence after injury. She is thrilled to help clients achieve their personal goals and to return to their favorite activities without pain.
