At some point or other, we all experience situations that are difficult and often cause us to question our abilities and our worth. Left unresolved, these experiences can compromise our ability to make wise decisions, build healthy relationships, and meet our full potential. The bottom line is…you already have what it takes to be the best version of yourself. Sometimes we just need a little support and guidance to access all of that promise within, which is why I offer a warm and affirming space where we can cultivate the change you are seeking. Together, we will work to contextualize your current and past experiences with compassion and curiosity. I utilize trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care combined with a variety of therapies as appropriate to specific client goals and needs. With a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each client and their lived experiences, I foster a collaborative and inclusive therapeutic environment.
