Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist having graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy where she received a Diploma of Massage Therapy, with Honours. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University with a concentration in Athletic Performance and Injury Management.
As a former varsity soccer player, Jennifer’s personal experiences with injury rehabilitation has fueled her dedication to helping others.
Jennifer’s treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques and personalized care. She combines manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and exercise prescription to address each client’s unique needs (e.g., individuals recovering from an injury, aiming to enhance athletic performance, or seeking long-term wellness).
