Jennifer Angelone is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with a warm, energizing presence and a deep commitment to helping people heal. Drawing from lived experience and years of practice, Jennifer understands what it is to carry pain that was never given a name — and she brings that understanding into every session. Jennifer works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from CBT, EFT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy, she helps clients understand the patterns holding them back and begin writing a new story. Her sessions are a space where you are allowed to be exactly where you are — met with warmth, hope, and zero judgment.
