About Jenni
I bring over 20 years of frontline and leadership experience in the child, youth, and family mental health and social services sector. Through my MSW journey, I am returning to my roots in individual and family practice, grounded in a strong belief that people are their own agents of change and healing. My role is to support you in reconnecting with your power, purpose, and capacity for growth.
My work is deeply rooted in attachment and relationship-based philosophy. I specialize in parent–child and parent–teen relationships, bringing both lived experience as a parent and extensive training in child and adolescent development. I also hold a special interest in integrated and holistic approaches, including somatic practices, energy-based therapies, and spiritual frameworks. I am particularly passionate about supporting those who serve our communities – first responders, educators, and healthcare professionals – and creating spaces where healing, resilience, and connection can flourish. I am also certified in the Intensive Trauma and Attachment Treatment model (ITATM).
As a white settler, I am actively committed to anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and decolonizing practices in both my personal life and clinical work. I practice from a trauma-informed lens, with a strong understanding of the nervous system and experience with a range of evidence-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (DBT/CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

In my spare time, you can find me having fun with my kids, puppy and family, enjoying time in nature, staying active with fitness, cooking and homesteading. A fun fact about me is I love to sing karaoke.
