I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy after completing my degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. My curiosity about the body and its innate capacity to heal has guided my work from the beginning.
Over the years, my practice has evolved toward a slower, more subtle approach, one that honours the body’s natural rhythms and wisdom. These days, I practice Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet profound way of supporting the nervous system and encouraging deep, whole-body balance.
