With a Master's degree in psychotherapy and spiritual care and an undergraduate degree in counselling and youth studies, Jennifer engages people in a holistic, person-centred, strength-based and playful fashion. She specializes in Child-Centred Play Therapy, Spiritually Integrated psychotherapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Expressive Arts and Alternative Approaches to traditional talk therapy. Jennnifer is a playful, warm therapist that works exclusively from research and evidence-based approaches. She delights in supporting people as they navigate the more challenging parts of life and is a fierce advocate and confidant. She admires the uniqueness of each person and prioritizes individual needs, preferences and pace. As a Mother of four and a playful person, Jennifer incorporates the therapeutic power of play into her sessions. She believes in its capacity to promote and sustain optimal mental and physical health. Jennifer keenly employs alternative approaches to traditional therapy to encourage people of all ages to get out of their heads and into their hearts to expedite their healing journey.
