Jeffrey obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Ontario before completing a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. He focuses on evidence-based practice, drawing on biomechanics and manual therapy, to develop tailored treatment plans that support each patient’s needs, lifestyle, and goals. Jeffrey is passionate about helping people take charge of their health and believes that investing in movement is key to living a healthy life. He enjoys working with patients to peel back the layers of their condition and guide them toward long-term recovery.
Outside of practice, Jeffrey enjoys staying active through basketball, golf, and running. He also loves spending quality time with family and friends. He is an avid traveller - recent adventures have taken him to Greece, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
