About Jeannie

Meet Jeannie, a Registered Massage Therapist with a holistic approach to healing that supports the connection between body, mind, and soul. Originally from Hong Kong, Jeannie moved to Vancouver in 2021 after working as a journalist in the fast-paced media industry. Her personal experience with stress and burnout led her to yoga, marking the beginning of her healing journey. A longtime street dancer and fitness enthusiast, Jeannie earned her Yoga Teacher Certification in 2021 and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2023 before pursuing Massage Therapy, graduating from the RMT program in Vancouver in December 2025. Her treatment style blends Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilization, and myofascial release to create treatments that are both effective and grounding. Jeannie focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but also on addressing the root causes behind pain, tension, and imbalance. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, blending clinical knowledge with intuitive care to create a personalized “recipe” for healing, with a goal to help you leave the table feeling lighter, more balanced, and carrying a genuine smile of release. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her playing piano and singing bowls, creating music, practicing yoga, dancing, hiking, travelling, or exploring tarot and astrology. Jeannie is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
