Jeannette received her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and Master’s in Science of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. In conjunction with her physiotherapy background, Jeannette uses Clinical Pilates training to offer proactive exercise rehabilitation alternatives to her clients. Through assessment and client engagement, Jeannette looks to teach proper techniques to prevent injury and help clients achieve their goals.
