With over a decade of experience in wellness leadership, Jazmine brings a seasoned, clinical perspective to her practice at Alpha Health. She provides evidence-based massage therapy designed to integrate collaboratively into a patient’s broader recovery and long-term health goals. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan (2025), Jazmine’s foundation is built on comprehensive hospital-based rotations at Sunnybrook’s high-risk pregnancy unit, Toronto General Hospital, and Lyndhurst Rehabilitation. Her clinical depth is further enriched by her work with the senior population at Greenview Residences and providing post-operative scar tissue release within the community. These experiences have shaped her ability to address complex physical restrictions with a deliberate clinical focus. Jazmine’s approach is purposeful, slow, and collaborative, treating each patient as an active partner in their own care. Her treatments focus on encouraging a restorative state while alleviating physical restrictions, helping clients reduce pain and move with greater comfort and resilience. By integrating Swedish massage, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, trigger point therapy and reflexive techniques, she helps address root causes of tension to support long-term functional recovery and wellness. Jazmine is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist with certifications in yoga and birth/postpartum support. Her passion for family health inspired her to found Little Tree Wellness, a wellness company focused on families. As an RMT, she is committed to supporting individuals through all life stages—from acute rehabilitation to long-term health maintenance.
