Jaz is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and holds a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Outside of the clinic, she is a competitive ultimate frisbee player and has represented Team Canada at the national level. She provides individualized plans focused on injury prevention and rehabilitation, pain management, and performance optimization. She has clinical experience treating patients of all ages and activity levels. Her treatments incorporate functional assessments, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
