About Jayzel
Jayzel is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2017. She has since been working with the goal to improve the daily life of clients by helping them to destress and relax.
Her treatments focus on the relaxation aspect of therapeutic massage, targeting the upper back, neck and shoulders where most tend to carry their stress but also incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue.
Jayzel is a strong believer in the effectiveness of massage in treating chronic muscle pain. She has experience treating pain in the neck and back, patients with neurological conditions, pre- and post-natal women, athletes and individuals in palliative care. She takes the well-being of her clients with the utmost respect and works towards the desired goals of each patient treated in the clinic. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is always seeking new knowledge and skills.
