As a registered massage therapist (RMT), I can help you in your journey to restore your mobility, function, and sense of well-being and to hopefully prevent future injury.
When working with my patients, I strive to provide a holistic care that includes communication, assessment, manual therapy, education, and therapeutic exercises. My treatment techniques may include relaxation, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and more to assist your body in healing areas of pain, injury, or restriction. My overall approach is one of deep empathy and compassionate care.
I am a graduate of the massage therapy program at Vancouver Career College. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in science that helps me, as an RMT, better understand how patients interact with the world around them. As a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of BC and registrant with the College of Massage Therapists of BC, I am committed to professional standards and ethical practice.
