I work with individuals, couples and children who are facing life’s challenges, both big and small. My approach is all about getting to know you, really listening, and helping you process your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll challenge old patterns, uncover new perspectives, and find healthier ways to cope with life’s ups and downs.
