Hello, my name is Jasmine. I support individuals navigating the perinatal period, including shifts in identity, changes in relationships, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and mental health challenges. I am a student therapist currently completing a graduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy, and I plan to register with the CRPO upon graduation. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
My approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relational. My work integrates somatic and relational approaches. In addition to my training, I bring lived experience navigating the challenges and complexities of the perinatal period. I aim to provide a gentle, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can slow down together, explore your experiences, and make sense of what you’re going through with care, compassion, and curiosity.
As a second-generation South Asian Canadian, I am mindful of cultural complexity and intergenerational dynamics that can shape identity, family expectations, and emotional well-being. I strive to create a space where you feel understood and supported during the perinatal period.
