She graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy and holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Studies from York University. Her academic background, combined with hands-on clinical training, allows her to take a well-rounded and evidence-informed approach to care. In addition to her osteopathic training, Jasmine is certified in both restorative matwork Pilates and reformer Pilates. She integrates movement-based principles into her treatments to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term function. Jasmine was drawn to manual osteopathy for its holistic philosophy—recognizing the interconnectedness of the body’s systems and focusing on optimizing circulation, nerve function, and lymphatic flow.
