Jasmine has long been passionate about the mechanical and reflexive benefits of massage therapy, a curiosity that led her to study Kinesiology and complete the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College.
With an intuitive and thoughtful approach, Jasmine listens closely to each client’s needs to improve joint mobility, reduce stress and fatigue, and address muscular imbalances. Her goal is to support long-term relief and enhance overall well-being through personalized care.
Drawing on her background in competitive soccer, Jasmine brings a firsthand understanding of injury recovery and athletic performance into her practice. Her clinical experience is grounded in hands-on techniques and a strong understanding of biomechanics.
