Jasmine graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 2020. Before Massage Therapy Jasmine was a personal trainer where she developed a passion for helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals through movement, exercise, and education. Jasmine’s approach integrates massage therapy with effective stretching and strengthening techniques to support recovery, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries. Jasmine takes the time to learn about each client’s lifestyle, routines, and the demands they place on their body, allowing her to develop treatment plans that are practical, targeted, and sustainable. Jasmine aims to address immediate concerns while supporting long-term recovery, improved mobility, and overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find Jasmine strength training at the gym, hiking the trails of Gatineau Park, creating artwork, or listening to music.
