Janine is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and has been a practicing RMT since 2011. She is dedicated to a holistic approach to health and strives to work with each patient's individual needs for optimal well-being.

Janine is now certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through the Dr. Vodder School International and is able to apply Combined Decongestive Therapy for clients with lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency and head & neck edema. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is also helpful for pre and post-surgical interventions, assistance for wound care and pre-natal therapy. It is an excellent intervention for headaches, migraines, insomnia, neuralgias, auto immune diseases and old persistent injuries. Manual Lymphatic Drainage utilizes gentle techniques to drain toxins, inflammation and congestion from the body using specific patterns along lymphatic pathways. After a thorough assessment, Janine creates a personalized treatment plan for each patient. She utilizes both manual and active techniques in her practice such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, remedial exercise and patient education in order to reach each patient's specific goals.
Janine has a diverse practice, working with patients from many different walks of life. She treats patients with soft-tissue injuries (work, sports, or motor vehicle related), pre & post-natal patients, postural dysfunction, hamstring strains, pelvic dysfunction, tension and migraine headache management, TMJ dysfunction, frozen shoulder, stress management, geriatric patients and pediatric patients to name a few!
