I am a therapist whose work is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and practical wisdom. I understand chronic health issues, navigating challenging medical systems with grounded determination to be well. I have a scientific mind, able to analyze health information and develop structured programs of care that include mental health issues that arise from your life experiences. For over 20 years, I have been supporting my clients’ physical bodies using my extensive knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Meridian system, and Chi Gong which increase energy to enable health. My clients gain energy and psychological balance to remain healthy. I am a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist with the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists at the advanced level and have been practicing this skill for four years as a professional Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario). I view each person as unique and believe the therapeutic relationship should reflect that individuality. I work collaboratively with clients to untangle the complexities of their living and working environments and to develop tools that support growth and resilience. I believe change is possible, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing. I work with people facing chronic health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex physical health conditions. I also support individuals who are grappling with spiritual questions or adjusting to significant life changes. I value deep listening and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
