About Jana

Jana graduated in 1998 from the D'Arcy Lane Institute in Massage Therapy. To date, she has performed over 25,000 hours of massage therapy.
She is very interested in the function of the human body and has continued her education in the fields of nutrition and personal training, in addition to various techniques such as Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and Meridian Tapping. Her particular expertise is in:
• Hip and foot issues
• Plantar fasciitis
• Digestive issues and chronic low back pain
• Anxiety
Jana is passionate about ongoing learning, and in addition to training in her field of massage therapy, she has studied SEO, marketing, business - both online and off, and leadership/management.
In her spare time, she strength trains, reads, and enjoys family time with her husband and daughter.
