Growing up as a competitive athlete, Jamieson was no stranger to physiotherapy. During her Masters of Physical Therapy program at Western University, she discovered her passion for pelvic health. Witnessing the life-changing impact of pelvic floor rehabilitation inspired her to specialize in this often overlooked area of care.
Since graduating, Jamieson has completed advanced training in both pelvic health and orthopaedics, with the goal of helping clients maintain confidence, strength, and freedom of movement throughout their daily lives. With experience supporting individuals recovering from sport-related injuries and pelvic floor dysfunction, she understands the sensitivity of these concerns and strives to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel empowered and heard.
Jamieson collaborates closely with each client to design individualized treatment plans that fit seamlessly into their lifestyle and holds space for those navigating the complexities of fertility, pregnancy and postpartum.
