About Jamie
Jamie has always been passionate about health and wellness. He believes that when people feel their best physically, they're better able to enjoy every other part of life. He became a Registered Massage Therapist to help others find that balance and to guide them toward their own wellness goals.
Jamie treats postural, repetitive, and overuse injuries commonly associated with both sedentary desk work and physically demanding occupations. His treatment approach combines therapeutic massage with myofascial techniques, along with targeted stretching and strengthening strategies, to reduce pain, restore movement, and support lasting results. Whether patients are recovering from an injury, adapting to lifestyle changes, or working toward new activity goals, Jamie tailors each treatment to meet their individual needs.
Jamie has completed continuing education in perinatal massage and has experience treating pediatric patients, including working with high-risk pregnancies during his time at BC Women's Hospital. He has also completed doula training through DONA, giving him additional insight into supporting patients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey.
Outside the clinic, Jamie enjoys exploring Vancouver's food scene and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their best buddy, Archie.
Jamie is in the clinic on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
