Jamie Hunt is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Jamie brings a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and client care. He graduated from Willis College’s Accelerated Massage Therapy Program and holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College. Jamie is skilled in deep tissue massage, and integrates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and stretching protocols to support recovery, rehabilitation, pain reduction, and functional restoration. His sports background fuels a deep interest in how the body performs, adapts, and heals under stress. He believes in balancing exercise, recovery, and self-care as essential pillars of wellness, and applies this philosophy both for clients and in his own life. Outside the clinic, Jamie stays active, follows sports, spends time with family and friends, and continues studying the complexities of human movement. Jamie is excited to contribute to Russell Health’s collaborative, integrative approach and to support clients in pursuing their health goals.
