Jainoor graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2025, after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She is passionate about helping people recover from injury and return to the activities that are most meaningful to them. Jainoor focuses on using manual therapy, exercise, and patient education to create individualized treatment plans that support each client’s goals. She is also looking forward to advancing her training in orthopedic manual therapy and pursuing additional certification in acupuncture and dry needling.
Outside of physiotherapy, Jainoor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether that’s camping on the weekends, golfing, and gardening in the summer, or relaxing with a good book. She loves connecting with people and brings that same supportive and encouraging approach to her work as a physiotherapist. Jainoor is dedicated to helping her clients feel confident and motivated as they work toward their recovery goals.
